TagItWine mobile application (hereinafter: Application) respects your privacy and is committed to the protection of personal data you submit to us. We would like to present you the following principles that regulate our privacy policy.
Personal Data Privacy Policy
Personal Data protection is guaranteed. Collection, holding, handling, and usage of personal data is performed in accordance with the Law on Protection of Personal Data ("Official Gazette of Montenegro", No. 022/17). Personal Data shall not be used for purposes other than the ones they were collected for, except for the purpose of conducting criminal proceedings or protection of security of the state of Montenegro, in the manner stipulated by the Law. All necessary data protection measures are undertaken, in accordance with the determined standards and procedures, which are necessary in order to protect the data from loss, destruction, unauthorized access, change, publication, and any other abuse.
The collected information is not disclosed, or shared with other organizations outside the Application preparation and editing system, except in the cases stipulated by the Law. The data shall not be used for the purposes which are not in accordance with the law or which may otherwise be detrimental to you, including the violation of your privacy.
A person has the right to revoke his/her acceptance to data handling in accordance with the Law on Protection of Personal Data.
Data we collect
We collect personal data like name, address, phone number, e-mail address or current location of the mobile application user only when they are voluntarily submitted in the offered forms or by other means of communication, exclusively for the purpose of compliance with the user requests, in order to provide the service the user requested.
The Application ensures security of the data you submit to us by industrially standardized physical, electronic, and management procedures. When necessary, the Application uses SSL encryption in order to increase sensitive data transfer security. Within the Application, data is held on the controlled servers with limited access.
Your Consent
By using the Application, you are consenting to our processing of your information as explained in this Privacy Policy. "Processing” means collecting, storing, deleting, using, combining and disclosing information including private information such as user location and your personal data but only to an extent and in scope required for the service.
Data Processor
University of Donja Gorica, DunavNET d.o.o. and A.D. "13. Jul Plantaze" will managed data in accordance with the national regulations of the EU data protection act. This includes data anonymization after they are not been used anymore, explicit permission for utilization of personal data if they are collected, explanation of data processing, data property and utilization by the third party.
